This information comes from Dr Mindy Peltz's book, "The Menopause Reset," and is also available on her site: https://drmindypelz.com/balancing-your-hormones-the-hormonal-hierarchy/

The influence hormones have on us does have a hierarchy:

Oxytocin - the 'cuddle' hormone

Cortisol - the stress hormone

Insulin

and last but not least Sex Hormones

Increasing your Oxytocin will reduce your Cortisol. ... beautiful. I LOVE that Oxytocin is at the top. We increase Oxytocin by making connections with people, and through acts of kindness. It's a fact - kindness is good for you!! :)

Adding connections and kindness are going to help, but reducing stress, and good nutrition are also key. I've also found intermittent fasting to be significantly helpful.
